Camping at Unity Lake over July 4th

We went camping at Unity Lake in Oregon.  It is about half way between Vale and John Day.  We met Joe, Amanda, Conner, Cidnee, Payeton, Harper, Seth and Jordan there.  We took the boat with us.  The boat was in protest and decided not to run.  The kids still swam in the lake and enjoyed the water.  However, we still had fun.  The kids went on a scavenger hunt, snipe hunt and we even had fireworks, until the park ranger came.  We had a lot of fun, ate lots of food and enjoyed spending time with family.
